Shipping 

SoftBodies ships all orders using Canada Post. All ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 3 weeks for garments to be sewn and shipped.

Domestic - Canada
✦ All orders under $200 are shipped at a flat rate of $14.90
✦ Orders over $200 ship free 
✦ Tracking included 

USA
✦ USA shipping is currently paused due to tariffs. 

International
✦ All International orders are shipped based on auto-calculated postage rates
✦ Tracking included

Canada - 2-7 business days
US - 4-10 business days
International - 2-3 weeks

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

SoftBodies is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Once the item is shipped, we are no longer liable for any incidents that may occur.

Returns and Exchanges

For ready-to-ship items, we accept exchanges or store credit for products in their original condition (including tags and packaging) and post-marked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All discounted pieces are final sale (excluding newsletter sign-up code). 

For digital sewing patterns and made-to-order items, all items are final sale. 

To Initiate a Return:

We're sorry it didn't work out! Please contact us at info@softbodies.ca and let us know why you would like to return the item, and if you would prefer an exchange or store credit. Returns will not be processed until goods have been received and checked. 

Both initial and return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during return shipment. Shipping costs will be refunded if the received item is defective. Refunds may be denied if the returned items do not meet return policy standards.
